St. John’s Mercy Neighborhood Ministry
Helps the Low-income and Homeless Send Mother’s Day Cards
St. John’s Mercy Neighborhood Ministry is making sure all moms receive a card on Mother’s Day. The last few years St. John’s Mercy has been going to churches that serve meals to the low-income and homeless and providing cards, donated by Recycled Greeting Products Inc., taking photos and providing stamps to those interested in sending a Mother’s Day card.
The Neighborhood Ministry will be at Pilgrim Congregational UCC, 826 N. Union, from noon to 1 p.m. on April 29, and at Centenary CARES, 1610 Olive, from noon to 1 p.m. on April 30.
