Next Step: Independent Exercise Program

In response to the needs of the community, St. John's Mercy Sports & Therapy currently offers an independent exercise program. This program is designed to meet the needs of those who want to pursue an independent exercise program under the guidance of professionally trained staff. The cost of the program is $50 per 12 sessions. The Next Step program is for those who have recently completed a course of physical therapy and want to continue their therapy program on an independent basis. Each program is individualized and designed by a licensed therapist, therapy assistant or athletic trainer. Participants receive orientation to all appropriate exercise equipment at the start of the program. Thereafter, staff is available on a limited basis to answer questions during the exercise sessions.
