Arthritis Education

Individuals with arthritis are instructed in appropriate forms of exercise along with techniques to reduce stress on joints during activities of daily living. Treatment also emphasizes energy conservation skills, pain reducing techniques, and self pain management. If needed, splints, orthoses, and adaptive equipment are issued.
