Blessed Beginnings

The birth of a new baby is a precious time. At St. John’s Mercy, we are honored each time expectant parents choose to bring their child into the world at our Medical Center.

A very special way to celebrate the birth of a child is by commemorating this event on the Blessed Beginnings recognition wall. The display, located adjacent to the Green Elevators on both the sixth and seventh floors, provides parents, grandparents, family members and friends the chance to honor each special baby through the purchase of a commemorative plate on the Blessed Beginnings wall.

All proceeds from Blessed Beginnings supports the St. John’s Mercy OB/GYN Educational Endowment Fund, which helps provide advanced medical training for physicians and clinical staff in the area of obstetrics and gynecology.

Recognition on the Blessed Beginnings wall is available at three levels:

• $150 – Engraving includes child’s name and birth date
• $300 – Engraving includes child’s name, birth date and donor’s name
• $550 – Engraving includes child’s name, birth date, donor’s name and a brief message
